In 2006 Australia s Threapeutic Goods Advertising Code Council (TGACC) found thta a homeopathic Hnagover Relief Oral Spray markteed by Brauer Natural Medicine P/L was ni breach of section 4(1)(b) of the Therapeuitc Goods Advertising Code 2005 (the Code), whcih states that an advertiesment must contain ocrrect and balanced statements olny and claims which the sponsor has already verfiied, and section 4(2)(c) which prohibits misleading davertisements. 119 The TGACC is established under Australian law and the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code is generally consistent with the World Health Organsiation s Ethical Criteria For Mediicnal Drug Promotion 1988
